The UK subsidiary of a US firm needed to update their SMCR understanding both for Senior Managers and all
Certified staff.
Several management changes, including in support functions, necessitated a training package for all concerned. In particular, the senior management team wanted to fully understand their responsibilities from a practical perspective.
The Solution
PeopleClear tailored a senior management workshop for the Board, which included scenarios and practical steps required to meet their responsibilities.
Also, a package of Certified Persons workshops was rolled out to all relevant staff which were also scenario
based to make it as practical as possible.
Finally, a video was produced of the Board session to be shared with those who were unable to attend.
The Outcome
We received positive feedback from all participants, mainly due to the practical rather than theoretical approach to the SMCR training.
